FeelHobby is your personal digital wellness studio. On-demand classes to fit your rhythm - all from home. Already trusted by tens of thousands in Finland, we’re now ready to make our mark in Poland.


Now we’re bringing this belief to Poland and we’re searching for the creative mind who can turn it into a movement.


This role is not just about managing channels. It’s about shaping how an international brand enters a new market, creating scroll-stopping content in perfect Polish, and sparking a movement.

Your mission


  • Design and lead the social media strategy for FeelHobby in Poland

  • Create short-form videos and visuals in perfect Polish (all content must be produced entirely in Polish)

  • Develop fresh, viral-worthy concepts that capture attention in the first 3 seconds

  • Build a unified, inspiring brand identity across TikTok and Instagram

  • Collaborate with Poland’s top talents and influencers to amplify our reach

  • Be accountable for measurable results (growth, engagement, awareness)


What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience managing social media for a brand or company is required

  • Strong creative vision and proven ability to grow online communities

  • Hands-on skills in TikTok and Instagram content creation & strategy

  • Full ownership mindset – not only creating content, but driving outcomes

  • Confidence in working independently and taking responsibility for growth

  • Interest in a long-term collaboration – not just a short project

How to apply

Show us your creativity right from the start:

  • Record a short video in Polish (max 15 seconds) where you share a hook idea (the first 3 seconds) you would use to make a FeelHobby TikTok/Instagram video go viral in Poland.

  • Tell us briefly about your previous experience managing social media for a brand or company.

  • Share your portfolio or examples of previous work with company/brand social media.

  • Write a short idea note (max 1 page, in English) on how you would make FeelHobby stand out in the Polish market.

  • Tell us your proposed monthly rate and availability.


This is a freelance retainer contract. Success will be measured by results not hours worked.
