These general terms of use ("Terms") define the rights and obligations under which FeelHobby Oy ("FeelHobby", "We", or "Service Provider") offers consumers ("Customer") online courses for personal use on the website and mobile application provided by FeelHobby. These Terms are intended to apply to the agreement between the Customer and FeelHobby, where the Customer acquires course content offered by FeelHobby.


Website and the webplatform at www.feelhobby.pl and the mobile applications maintained by FeelHobby are referred to as "Service". 


Through the Service, Customers can purchase available online courses for personal use. The Service is intended for individuals who purchase a course from the platform ("User").


FeelHobby reserves the right to update and modify these Terms as needed by notifying through the Service or by other appropriate means. Updated or modified Terms will be published in connection with the Service and will automatically take effect as is.


By using the Service, the Customer accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them. Accepting the Terms is a prerequisite for using the Service.




1. Registration to the Service

1.1. Agreement Formation

An agreement between the User and FeelHobby is formed when the User registers for the Service and purchases an online course. The User can register by filling in the required information on the form and creating a username. During registration, the User's first and last name and email address are submitted to the system used by the Service Provider. Upon registration, the User selects their desired subscription package and provides their payment information. The email address provided by the User will serve as the User's username in the Service ("Username").  It is not possible for the same User to have multiple Usernames within the Service. 

1.2. Acceptance of Software Terms

By registering for the Service, the User also accepts the terms of use of the uScreen software as binding upon themselves, acknowledging that such terms may be updated from time to time in accordance with uScreen’s own policies.


1.3. Third-Party Agreements

The Service Provider is not responsible for any contractual relationships between the User and the provider of the uScreen software or any other third party.

1.4. Changes to the Service

The Service Provider has the right to make changes to the content, scope, interface, and other functionalities of the Service. The User is not entitled to claim compensation from the Service Provider for any inconvenience that may result from such changes.

1.5. Use of Subcontractors

The Service Provider may, at its discretion, use subcontractors for maintaining, updating, monitoring, or other development work related to the Service.

1.6. Liability for Service Disruptions

The Service Provider is not liable for any harm or costs arising from disruptions in the use of the Service or other technical issues.




2. Use of the Service and Commitment to the Terms

2.1. Intended Use

The Service is intended for purchasing online courses and viewing and using the material included in the courses. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and other instructions provided. The User is not entitled to use the Service for any other purpose. Any other utilization or modification of the Service requires the prior written consent of FeelHobby.

2.2. Personal Use Only

The Username and purchased course material are intended solely for the User’s personal use, and the content of the Service must not be shared with others. The User is not entitled to copy, save, share, or otherwise distribute any material included in the online courses to others.

2.3. Copyright and Legal Use

The Service and its content are protected by copyright law and international agreements. It is strictly prohibited to use the Service in ways that violate the law, good manners, or the rights of authors or other protected rights. Using the Service contrary to the Terms is forbidden. The Service Provider has the right to block the use of the Service and remove the User's Username if the User does not comply with these Terms or other instructions provided by the Service Provider or otherwise acts contrary to the law and/or commonly accepted ethical practices. .

2.4. Prohibited Usage

Using the Service in a manner that causes unreasonable load or harm to the Service, the Service Provider’s systems, other Users, third parties, or the Service Provider is prohibited. The User must use the Service in a way that does not cause harm to the Service, the Service Provider, partners, other Users, or third parties. The Service Provider may provide separate instructions on burdensome or prohibited uses of the Service.

2.5. Right to Deny Service

The Service Provider has the right to deny the User’s access to the Service due to, for example, the User's illegal, disruptive, or behavior contrary to these Terms. Such a situation may include (but is not limited to) when the User acts contrary to the law or these Terms or deliberately or negligently endangers the data security of other Users or the Service Provider or violates the privacy of other Users. If the Service Provider denies the User access to the Service or removes the User’s Username due to inappropriate behavior, violation of these Terms, or other instructions, or due to illegal actions, the Service Provider is not obliged to reimburse any fees already paid by the User or cover any costs or damages arising from the denial of use. The Service Provider has the right to close the Customer’s Username if the User breaches these Terms, without prior warning to the User.

2.6. Restrictions on Uploading Content

The User must not upload any programs, add-ons, malware, or any other software components to the Service Provider’s server, the Service, or other systems. The User is responsible for any damage they cause intentionally or through gross negligence to the Service Provider’s server, Service, or other systems.

3. Pricing, Payment Methods, and Subscription Type

3.1. Pricing

Prices are determined according to the current price list available on FeelHobby's website. The listed price includes the applicable VAT and any potential service fees.

3.2. Price Changes

FeelHobby sets prices together with potential partners. FeelHobby reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Affected users are informed of pricing changes at least 30 days prior their next billing cycle that the change would impact. Price changes will  also be updated on the website.

3.3. Accepted Payment Methods

The available payment methods are those accepted by FeelHobby. The payment service provider and intermediary is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd, in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The recipient of the payment shown on bank statements or credit card bills will be Stripe Payments Europe. Accepted payment methods also include Smartum, Edenred, and Epassi exercise benefits.

3.4. Third-Party Payment Terms

In order to user the Service, the user must accept the terms of use of the third-party payment service. FeelHobby is not responsible for the terms of use of the payment service provider in any way.

3.5. Subscription Type

The subscription is continuous and valid until terminated. The subscription automatically renews after each billing period at the subscription price in effect at the time of renewal, unless the Customer terminates the subscription.


The subscription must be canceled before the start of a new billing period. We do not refund payments already made.

3.6. Discount Codes and Exercise Benefits

When using a discount code or exercise benefit, the subscription will automatically renew according to the selected subscription type unless the Customer cancels the subscription as mentioned in section 3.5.




4. Satisfaction Guarantee

4.1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The User has a seven (7) day satisfaction guarantee from the first purchase. The satisfaction guarantee is not valid for free trials, during which the trial period itself functions as the satisfaction guarantee period.The 7-day satisfaction guarantee begins when the User registers for the Service and completes the first purchase within the Service. The Service can be canceled without any explanation within the first 7 days. If the User wishes to cancel the Service, a written notice must be sent within 7 days of acquiring the FeelHobby Service to customer support at support@feelhobby.com. In accordance with the terms, we will promptly refund the purchase amount used by the User.

4.2. Exclusion of Exercise Benefit Payments

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to payments made using exercise benefits such as Epassi, Edenred, or Smartum, as money cannot be refunded from exercise benefit payments.

4.3. Free Trial Period

Notwithstanding the above, the User has the right to cancel the Service subscription during the free trial period if such a period is available, free of charge, for any reason, even if the Service has been activated by the User. FeelHobby may, at its discretion, decide on the availability and duration of the free trial period. The length of the free trial period will be communicated to the User during the activation of the trial.. The User may only use the offered free trial period once.




5. Service

5.1. Course Delivery

In the Service, FeelHobby, in collaboration with course creators, provides online courses for Users to purchase. The courses are published for Customers to use through the Service maintained and managed by FeelHobby.

5.2. Payment Process

The User purchasing access to the Service completes the purchase through FeelHobby's Service. Payment is processed through Stripe Payments Europe, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

5.3. Data Privacy

FeelHobby does not store or have access to the User’s payment or credit card information or any other payment instrument details.

5.4. Payment Method Restrictions

FeelHobby may, at its discretion, restrict the use of certain payment instruments or methods in the Service.

5.5. Reporting Misuse

If the User suspects that someone is using the Service illegally, against these Terms, or in any other fraudulent manner,  without undue delay User shall notify Service Provider about the misuse and/or police and other relevant authorities


6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. Prohibited Material

The use, publication, or other means of making available material that is illegal, against commonly accepted ethical practices., or infringes upon the protected rights of third parties is prohibited.

6.2. No Transfer of Rights

FeelHobby does not transfer, license, or otherwise convey any of its own or third-party intellectual property rights to the Customer.

6.3. Ownership of the Service

The Service, including its associated software, documentation, and content, is the exclusive property of FeelHobby or its subcontractors.

6.4. User License

FeelHobby grants the User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service and its content solely for the intended purpose for which FeelHobby has created the Service.

6.5. Restrictions on Modifications

The User is not permitted to modify the Service, create add-ons, adapt the Service to other software, or create derivative works based on the Service. The User may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to reveal the Service’s source code. The User is also prohibited from commissioning third parties to create updates or other changes to the Service (or its parts) without prior written consent from FeelHobby.

6.6. Compliance with Laws and Rights

The User also warrants that any material they submit to the Service complies with laws and commonly accepted ethical practices and does not violate the rights of individuals appearing in the material or third parties.

6.7. User Liability

The User understands that they are responsible for all claims, compensations, and other liabilities or expenses arising from the material they submit, which third parties may direct towards the Service Provider or other parties. The User is liable to compensate the Service Provider or directly to other parties for any misuse and unlawful or contractual violations of their actions.




7. Passwords and Usernames

7.1. User Responsibility

The User is responsible for all passwords and usernames required to use the Service. The User must store their passwords and usernames carefully. Sharing passwords and usernames with third parties is prohibited. The User is accountable for all actions performed within the Service using their username and password.

7.2. Reporting Security Issues

If the User suspects or has reason to suspect that their password and/or username has been compromised or otherwise disclosed to an unauthorized party, the User must immediately inform the Service Provider and change their password..

7.3. Service Provider Rights

The Service Provider has the right to cancel, deactivate, freeze, reset password, or delete the User’s username and passwords or otherwise deny access to the Service if there is reason to suspect that the User’s password has been compromised or otherwise disclosed to an unauthorized party.

7.4. Password Security

FeelHobby cannot read or otherwise access the encrypted password(s) registered by the User in the Service.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided without commitment. The Service Provider is not required to monitor the use of the Service. The use of the Service is entirely at the User’s own risk. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise to the User from using the Service, offering online courses, or third-party claims, except for damages caused by content provided by the Service Provider itself within the Service.

8.2. Third-Party Use of User Content

The Service Provider is not liable if someone modifies, copies, distributes, or otherwise uses messages or other material published by the User in the Service in violation of these Terms. The Service or material submitted by Users to the Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content or operation of such third-party websites and/or services.

8.3. User-Submitted Content

The Service Provider is not responsible for the content provided by Users to the Service. However, the Service Provider reserves the right to review and, if necessary, remove content submitted or uploaded to the Service, in whole or in part, if the Service Provider considers that the messages are illegal, violate the privacy or protected rights of other Users, contain inappropriate or otherwise offensive language, are unrelated to the Service, or otherwise violate the Terms, rules, or regulations of the Service.

8.4. Service Availability and Reliability


The Service Provider does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Service. Therefore, the Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or costs incurred by the User due to service interruptions or other disruptions.

While uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, FeelHobby is committed to maintaining a high-quality, reliable user experience. Our platform is built on the Uscreen infrastructure, which is designed for high availability and aims to meet a 99.99% uptime target. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and resolve any technical issues promptly.

Users acknowledge that occasional interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to internet disruptions, third-party cloud service provider failures, or force majeure events.

8.4. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

The Service Provider does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Service. Therefore, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or direct damages or costs incurred by the User due to service interruptions or other disruptions.

8.5. Availability and Performance Issues

The Service Provider is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the unavailability of the Service or its content or from congestion within the Service. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages unless the Service Provider's liability is based on mandatory legislation.

8.6. User Assumption of Risk

The User acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with using the Service when entering into the cooperation agreement. The Service Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of the content or other material in the Service or in messages or other materials submitted by Users. The Service Provider is not liable for the actions of other Users in the Service or for potential violations of the User's privacy or other rights unless such violations result from the Service Provider's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8.7. Right to Modify or Discontinue the Service

The Service Provider may modify the Service or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time without notice. In such cases, the Service Provider is not liable for any consequences, losses, or other damages incurred by the User, whether direct or indirect. The User is entitled to subscription refunds in case the Service is discontinued completely without a reason related to the User. 

8.8. Legal Compliance and Disclosure to Authorities

The Service Provider may be required under Finnish law or international agreements to disclose information about the User or the User's actions within the Service (including messages sent in the Service) to investigative authorities (e.g., police) or other authorities. The User acknowledges and understands the Service Provider’s obligation to provide information to authorities as described herein.




9. Responsibility for Third-Party Information

9.1. Third-Party Content

The Service Provider is not responsible for information maintained by third parties over whom the Service Provider has no control. Therefore, the Service Provider is not responsible, for example, for the content of materials submitted by Users to the Service, the functionality of links, or the availability of information on the websites. The Service Provider is also not responsible for the compliance of third-party marketing material with laws or commonly accepted ethical practices.




10. Processing of Personal Data

10.1. Privacy Policy

In addition to these Terms, the use of the User's personal and other personal data is governed by the privacy principles of the Service Provider.

10.2. Providing and Maintaining Accurate Information

The User must provide the Service Provider with the requested information necessary for using the Service. The User guarantees that the provided information is accurate and up-to-date at the time fo submittance. The User must promptly notify the Service Provider in writing of any changes to the information either through the Service or directly to the Service Provider. The Service Provider will remind the user every 2 years to remind them to check the correctness of the information The contact information provided by the User may also be used for identification purposes during login or when changing the password. The User is responsible for any errors or delays resulting from incomplete or outdated information.

10.3. Data Collection and Registration

The Service Provider collects and records information about registered Users in the Service Provider's user and customer register. The data controller is FeelHobby Oy. The purpose, use, and disclosure of user data are outlined in the privacy policy.

10.4. Communication

The Service Provider may use the contact information provided during Service registration for communication related to the Service (e.g., changes to the service).

10.5. User's Right to Review Data

The User has the right to inspect the information concerning them in the Service Provider’s user register in accordance with data protection law. Instructions for exercising the right of prohibition and inspection can be found in the privacy policy.

10.6. Use of Cookies and Tracking

The Service Provider may use various functionalities in the Service to track the use of the Service (e.g., cookies). The User may delete or restrict the operation of these functionalities through their internet browser settings or within the Service itself.


10.7 Termination of service and data handling


Users may terminate their use of the FeelHobby service at any time by following the account termination process described on the platform or by contacting customer support. Upon termination, users’ access to the service will cease, and all contractual obligations between the user and FeelHobby will end, except those which survive termination under applicable law.


10.7.1 Data Retention after Termination


Upon termination of the service, FeelHobby will retain the user’s personal data for a default period of two (2) years, in accordance with applicable legal obligations and to enable the handling of any potential service-related claims or disputes.

At the point of termination, the user will be offered the option to consent to extended data retention for a period of up to four (2+2) years. This option allows FeelHobby to retain data such as preferences, usage history, and account details to facilitate smoother service reactivation in the future.

The user may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting customer support. After the applicable retention period expires, all personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details regarding how we process and retain your personal data.


11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. Governing Law

The Service and these Terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding its provisions on conflict of laws.

11.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the Service Provider and the User shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be primarily resolved through court mediation at the Helsinki District Court and, secondarily, through regular legal proceedings at the Helsinki District Court.

11.3. Consumer Rights

A User acting as a consumer also has the right to bring an action against FeelHobby in the district court whose jurisdiction covers the User’s place of residence.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. User Responsibility for Shared Information

The User is solely responsible for any information (including contact and personal information) they may provide to other Users or third parties while using the Service.

13.2. Right to Transfer Terms

The Service Provider has the right to transfer these Terms to a third party by notifying the User. If the Service is transferred to a company within the same corporate group as the Service Provider, no separate notification to the User is required.  In all cases, the User retains the right to terminate the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions in effect at the time the User accepted the Service.


13.3. Preservation of Mandatory Rights

These Terms do not limit the User’s rights under mandatory legislation.




14. User Declaration

14.1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, I accept the above terms and declare that I will act in accordance with these Terms, the applicable laws, and good practices. I declare that I am over 18 years of age or have the consent of my guardian to use the Service. The age limit for subscribing to the service is 12 years. 

14.2. Compliance with Terms

The User declares that they have reviewed these Terms and any other applicable contractual terms and agrees to comply fully with the currently valid Terms when using the Service.
